Warranty for LED Smart Touch Mirrors

Warranty Terms:
The warranty applies under normal usage conditions and excludes LED light strips, T5 light tubes, glass mirrors, and damages caused by corrosive environments or human factors.
‧Touch buttons and AC Adapters are covered by a one-year warranty.
‧ If damage occurs within the warranty period due to normal use in a non-human-caused environment, please contact us for assistance.
‧ Damages caused by human factors are not covered under this warranty.

What to Do If There Is an Issue Upon Receiving the Product:
• If the product arrives with any defects, damage, or incorrect specifications, please contact us within 7 days.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have incomplete packaging, have been used, or have been assembled.
• For returns or exchanges, please retain the original packaging (we recommend keeping it for 7 days) and ensure the product is securely repackaged. We will arrange for pickup and replacement.
• For custom-made products, please confirm all specifications before placing your order, as returns or exchanges are not accepted for personal preference reasons.
